Blueprint Kansas, Inc., also known as KSVotes.org, is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) non-partisan, non-profit organization. Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Disclosure of Your Information

Information you provide to us in the course of completing your voter registration form will be shared with county election offices in order to complete your voter registration. We may also share information you provide, or that we collect through the Website, with our vendors and service providers (e.g. a cloud hosting provider) in order to allow them to perform their services for us, or for other purposes that we disclose to you when you provide the information. . If your voter registration information is submitted to us by a third party 501(c)3 non-partisan non-profit organization that you choose to use for registration, we may share your registration status and publicly-available voter registration information with that third party. Additionally, data that we obtain about persons from such public sources may be used and shared for the purpose of advertising campaigns to raise public awareness about KSVotes.org and voter registration. We will not sell your information to any third party or allow any third party to use your information for partisan or commercial purposes.

We may also disclose your personal information (a) to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request; (b) to enforce or apply Website's Terms of Use; and (c) if We believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Blueprint Kansas, Inc., Website, or others.
